Project Management

We leverage industry-best practices and mobile app-driven communication tools like ProCore to streamline our onsite process. Our Project Managers and installation staff are equipped to document any installation issues that arise. Project drawings are available electronically throughout the installation, where action notes can be made on the drawing in the field. Our Project Managers can snap a photo for documentation and then review in real time, resulting in the fastest possible resolution.

ProCore enhances our ability to seamlessly coordinate between the general contractor, our clients and other subcontractors throughout the project. The platform is cloud-based and easily accessible while onsite. We also have access to an inventory management system allowing us to document and track any reuse furniture. Leveraging the latest trends and technology is all part of OS Office’s commitment to ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service throughout the project.

Installation

You can rely on your OS Offices Project Manager to guide complete coordination of installation from creation of a project calendar and pre-installation meetings with your team, to facilitating delivery of product and onsite labor, all the way to a comprehensive post-installation walkthrough. Our commitment to unparalleled quality assurance means we aren’t just checking off a box at the end of the project. It begins with those initial programming meetings and continues after installation concludes with our labor warranty process and punch list system, ensuring any issues are identified and resolved in a streamlined manner, with our customers at the center of all communications.

Service

The OS Offices service department provides all service and warranty repairs. Our service staff is based out of your headquarters in Colorado Springs, and they are trained and certified with all our products. Call us—we’ll fix it!
